Halo lit channel letters (also called reverse lit) are fabricated stainless steel letters that glow from behind, washing the wall with a soft halo of light. They give restaurants, salons, offices and retail storefronts in Corona and the Inland Empire an upscale, modern look by day and by night. Every set is fabricated to your logo and lettering, prepped, smooth sanded and painted. We confirm the production time with your quote and send a proof before we build.

Description

Halo lit letters have a solid face, so the letters read as clean shapes during the day. At night the LEDs inside light the wall behind each letter, creating a glowing outline. Letters are mounted on standoffs so the light can spread; lighter, smooth walls show the halo best.

Each set is UL listed with sign section labels for outdoor installation (except raceway) and ships ready to install with wiring diagrams and an installation pattern. Installation accessories, installation and permits are quoted separately.

Face

0.8mm / 1mm stainless steel front surface, available in 35+ colors.

Return

2″ or 3″ stainless steel sides (0.8mm / 1mm), same color as the face.

Back

Reverse Lit: 1/8″ clear Lexan. Reverse Acrylic Lit: 0.4″ translucent polycarbonate acrylic.

LED lights

High-efficiency IP67 LED modules with a 160° beam (0.7–1.2W each), backed by a 5-year warranty.

Power supply

12V / 60W Class 2, IP67 constant-voltage power supplies with a 5-year warranty, mounted in transformer boxes (3.5″ × 5.8″ × 13.5″ for one transformer, 3.5″ × 10″ × 13.5″ for two).

Raceway (optional)

5.5″ tall × 3.5″ deep aluminum raceway, custom length from 10″ to 46″ per segment; multiple segments are joined for wider signs. Raceway is quoted separately.

Warranty

5 Year Limited Warranty

Halo / reverse lit channel letters are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the ship date, including LED modules and power supplies.

If a covered product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired at no charge for parts, or replaced with an equivalent product. Please contact Galvan Media before doing any repair work on the sign; unapproved repairs void the warranty.

Carry-in warranty service. Warranty service is performed at our shop in Corona, CA. To make a claim, the sign or the affected letters must be removed and brought to Galvan Media at 821 S. Sherman Ave, Corona, CA, so we can test and diagnose them. The warranty does not include on-site service calls, removal or reinstallation, lift or bucket-truck rental, travel time, or shipping. If you need us to visit your location, we can provide a separate quote for the service call and labor.

Every sign is tested before shipping. Please inspect the packaging and contents when your order arrives. If there is shipping damage, file a claim with the carrier and let us know right away.

The warranty does not cover acts of God, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or care. On-site service calls are not covered.

Will the halo show on my wall?

Halo lighting looks best on smooth, lighter-colored walls. Send us a photo of your building with your quote request and we will recommend the best option.

Is installation included?

No. The price is for the letters with LEDs, power supplies, wiring diagram and installation pattern. Installation, permits and raceway are quoted separately.
