Description
Premium channel letters light up through the acrylic face for strong visibility at night, while the welded stainless steel returns give a clean, durable edge with no visible seams. Choose a full acrylic face for a bold glow or an inset face with a stainless steel border for a refined, high-end look.
Each set is UL listed with sign section labels for outdoor installation (except raceway) and ships ready to install with wiring diagrams and an installation pattern. Installation accessories, installation and permits are quoted separately.

Face
Full Acrylic Face Lit: 15mm white polycarbonate acrylic. Inset Acrylic Face Lit: 9mm white polycarbonate acrylic with a stainless steel border.
Return
2″ or 3″ stainless steel sides (0.8mm / 1mm), welded and painted in multiple colors.
Back
0.8mm / 1mm stainless steel, same color as the return.
LED lights
High-efficiency IP67 LED modules with a 160° beam (0.7–1.2W each), backed by a 5-year warranty.
Power supply
12V / 60W Class 2, IP67 constant-voltage power supplies with a 5-year warranty, mounted in transformer boxes (3.5″ × 5.8″ × 13.5″ for one transformer, 3.5″ × 10″ × 13.5″ for two).
Raceway (optional)
5.5″ tall × 3.5″ deep aluminum raceway, custom length from 10″ to 46″ per segment; multiple segments are joined for wider signs. Raceway is quoted separately.
Warranty
5 Year Limited Warranty
Premium channel letters are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the ship date, including LED modules and power supplies.
If a covered product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired at no charge for parts, or replaced with an equivalent product. Please contact Galvan Media before doing any repair work on the sign; unapproved repairs void the warranty.
Carry-in warranty service. Warranty service is performed at our shop in Corona, CA. To make a claim, the sign or the affected letters must be removed and brought to Galvan Media at 821 S. Sherman Ave, Corona, CA, so we can test and diagnose them. The warranty does not include on-site service calls, removal or reinstallation, lift or bucket-truck rental, travel time, or shipping. If you need us to visit your location, we can provide a separate quote for the service call and labor.
Every sign is tested before shipping. Please inspect the packaging and contents when your order arrives. If there is shipping damage, file a claim with the carrier and let us know right away.
The warranty does not cover acts of God, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or care. On-site service calls are not covered.
FAQ
What makes premium channel letters different from standard?
Standard letters use aluminum returns and a plastic trimcap. Premium letters use welded stainless steel returns, and the inset style replaces the trimcap with a stainless steel border for a cleaner look.
Can the face be a color other than white?
Yes. The face is white acrylic that can be covered with translucent vinyl colors, and the stainless steel surfaces can be painted in your brand colors.
Is installation included?
No. The price is for the letters with LEDs, power supplies, wiring diagram and installation pattern. Installation, permits and raceway are quoted separately.
