Description
Channel letters are 3 dimensional sign letters, usually mounted on the face of a building or a monument sign. They are lit with LED modules that give strong, even light and use very little electricity. They are one of the best ways to show your brand to customers, day and night.

The letters have wiring and mounting holes, but the raceway is not drilled. Holes must be drilled on site, so letters do not come pre-installed on the raceway.

Warranty
5 Year Limited Warranty
Front lit and front & back lit channel letters are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the ship date, including LED modules and power supplies.
If a covered product fails during the warranty period, it will be repaired at no charge for parts, or replaced with an equivalent product. Please contact Galvan Media before doing any repair work on the sign; unapproved repairs void the warranty.
Carry-in warranty service. Warranty service is performed at our shop in Corona, CA. To make a claim, the sign or the affected letters must be removed and brought to Galvan Media at 821 S. Sherman Ave, Corona, CA, so we can test and diagnose them. The warranty does not include on-site service calls, removal or reinstallation, lift or bucket-truck rental, travel time, or shipping. If you need us to visit your location, we can provide a separate quote for the service call and labor.
Every sign is tested before shipping. Please inspect the packaging and contents when your order arrives. If there is shipping damage, file a claim with the carrier and let us know right away.
The warranty does not cover acts of God, accidents, vandalism, misuse, or damage caused by improper installation or care. On-site service calls are not covered.
FAQ
How is the price calculated?
Price is per inch of letter height, per letter. Example: 8 letters at 12″ tall = 96 inches. Spaces are not counted. Logos and shapes are quoted separately.
Is installation included?
No, the price is for the letters. We can quote installation, permits and electrical in Corona and the Inland Empire.
What’s the difference between Front Lit and Front & Back Lit?
Front lit letters glow through the face. Front & back lit letters also have clear backs, so they glow on the wall behind them for a halo effect.
Do I need a raceway?
A raceway is a metal box the letters mount on. It is useful when you can’t make many holes in the wall or when the landlord requires it. It is sold separately.
How long does it take?
2–4 business days of production after you approve the proof, plus shipping time.
Do I get a proof first?
Yes. We send you a free digital mockup with sizes and colors before anything is produced.
